The purpose of the qualification is to provide the qualifying learner with basic knowledge and understanding of the South Africn legal system, fundamental laws, the application and social context as so to enable the learner to provide supuervised support and assistance in a paralegal environment.

Articulation Options Learners who have achieved the Certificate in paralegal Practice will have access to the Diploma in Paralegal Practice. This qualification articulates horizontally with the following qualifications:
